Ever since I was a kid, I was always loved food. Burgers, Tacos, Butter Chicken, Biryani, Risotto, Pizzas, Chocolate Cake - you name it, loved it all. What I didn’t realise is that as I grew up, one fine day when I turned 36 years old and stepped on the weighing scale, my weight was 145 KGs. A crashing realisation donned on me - I’d gone too far and needed to immediately make amends to cut down on my weight and get back to being fit.
I started my doing a lot of cardio - but it didn’t work
Tried working out in the gym - no impact on weight
Gave up sugar - still not making progress
After months of research, finally realised that there is an evidence based way to cut down on fat and there-by reduce weight. A lot of people reduce weight - but do they burn fat or do they burn muscle? If you’ve achieved weight by burning muscle instead of fat - that’s bad for you. But how does one realise - whether one has burnt fat or one has burnt muscle? Can one track progress? Is it scientific and evidence based? To answer all of these and more, I’m putting a content repository together so you can benefit.
A lot of people think reducing weight is all about will power. Or focus. Or giving up being a foodie. All of these are incorrect. You can burn fat - get down to being fit and do all of that by indulging in food and making the most of life. My content repository here will tell you how.
